As a Clearing and Forwarding Agent, we act as an intermediary between the company, the transporter and the distributors. We assist our valuable clients in the efficient movement of products to the distributors/DC by finishing all procedural and documentary formalities.
We ensure smooth distribution of the products of our valuable clients to distributors as well as the DC of the MFS chain.
Step 1: A distributor first places an Order as per the system of the respective Companies.
Step 2: Archana Traders will take care of all the paperwork, inventory management, invoicing etc. and make sure every process is streamlined and gets them delivered through its sister concern – Archana Roadways or its affiliated business associates or the preferred and appointed transporter of the respective Company.
Backward freight, a significant expense could be saved. This saving is a crystal clear profit to any organization. Further, SECONDARY & PRIMARY FREIGHT is also observed to be decreasing.
There has been a reduction in delivery time. The products are sent to the Distributors as soon as possible. Hence no loss of sales on account of delayed delivery time is seen.
